This is a seasonal audio blog. Each entry is an auditory exploration of an individual space at a particular time. I record short soundscapes and then review them to identify all the sounds that I can hear in the recording. For each blog entry you will find an unedited soundscape recording, a picture or pictures of the site and a time-stamped annotation of the soundscape file where I have commented on the sounds I have identified - documenting identifiable species, elemental noises or anthropogenic sounds. I intend to visit the same site multiple times through the year to document changes to the soundscape through time and season.

So have a listen - either before, or while viewing the commentary. Be attentive to the sounds around us.
